A simple breakdown of my vacays

Navigating the narrow access road can be tricky, especially for larger vehicles. Some rooms may feel cramped for multiple belongings, impacting comfort. The breakfast is good, but there were occasional delays in service during busy periods. A charming location, just a short walk from town makes it a great choice overall!

Clean place with picturesque views and perfect and peaceful location in a quiet area. Very clean bed, great value for money room with a TV, a hair dryer and an iron. Location really close to individual shops and good restaurants, town centre and the lakeside and the Lake District.

Its rooms are very well decorated for a lovely stay on our annual visit here. Plus, the location is excellent and fantastic, minutes from The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.

Totally recommend for a date night

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. The well chosen things and the tv made for perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the area, conveniently located a leisurely stroll away from the town centre.

Positive, The homemade pancakes at breakfast were a total win, and the room was super stylish with thoughtful extras like a cooler for drinks. The access to health club facilities made my stay even better 🎉

We had a couple of nights here, and while the rooms were tidy as, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Breakfast was a real highlight, heaps of options and delicious!

The views from our room were absolutely STUNNING! Our hosts were super warm and made the best home-cooked breakfast. 🚀 Only downside was the tight parking space.

Pancakes overflowing with fresh fruit and homemade jam impressed me during breakfast. The room's decor blends modern comfort with thoughtful touches, like a cooler for drinks and a well-equipped en-suite.

Access to this place is a bit tricky due to a narrow road, so larger vehicles will struggle. While the views from the third-floor room are nice, the setup might feel cramped for anyone used to more space.

It is a charming guest house with a good breakfast selection and cute owners who provide excellent service!

We had a wonderful stay at the guest house, enjoying the Langdale room with its stunning view. the room was equipped with everything we needed, including tea/coffee facilities and a fridge for chilling drinks. the bathroom had toiletries and we even had dressing gowns provided. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with daily specials. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Bowness and the lake, and a bit further to Windermere. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

Had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B in the heart of Bowness. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of options. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. I also appreciated the warm welcome and helpful advice from the hosts. a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The staff were very pleasant. the rooms were extremely pleasant and had all amenities like tea/coffee, an iron, and a hairdryer. - the views of the lake were great. - the location was lovely, near the Lakes and a Chinese restaurant. - We loved the city and the hotel so much that we didn't want to leave and would book again.

The facilities were very good and the breakfast was incredible with a selection of options including a full English breakfast and porridge. The staff were really friendly and pleasant. The location was excellent, really close to the center and the lake. It was easy to get to everything.
